Understanding the healthcare process can be challenging. ZySupport offers personal assistance on your insurance coverage and medication access, as well as financial support options.
In some instances, you may be eligible for a $0 Co-pay, bridging support while your claim is processed or, if you have limited or no insurance, to receive your prescribed Zydus medicine at no cost to you
Commercial Insurance
If your health insurance is provided by your employer, or you independently purchased it from a private health insurance company or the health insurance marketplace (Healthcare.gov), you may be eligible for co-pay assistance.
Bridge program
ZySupport may offer bridging programs for people with commercial insurance to help lower the financial and logistical barriers that block them from accessing or continuing their prescribed Zydus therapies.

Government Insurance
If you have insurance through a government program such as Medicare, Medicaid, or TRICARE, you are not eligible for co-pay assistance programs sponsored by Zydus. However, ZySupport can provide you with information about independent charitable foundations that may be able to help.
It is important to note that these charitable foundations are independent from Zydus. Each foundation has its own eligibility criteria and evaluation process. Zydus cannot guarantee that a patient will receive assistance.

Uninsured
People in the U.S. without insurance or those with limited coverage for our medicines may be eligible to receive Zydus medicines at no cost to them through Zysupport.

Affordable Care Act Plans
Health plans available under the Affordable Care Act may be able to help you pay for your healthcare, including prescription medications. Get helpful information regarding potential options by calling 866-891-9938 and talking to a Patient Access Specialist.
Charitable Foundations
ZySupport can make a referral to independent charitable foundations which may be able to provide financial support. It is important to note that these charitable foundations are independent from Zydus with their own eligibility criteria and Zydus cannot guarantee you will receive assistance.
